Terms & Conditions of Booking Check in time 4:00pm; check out time 10:00am. We will endeavour to accommodate your schedule for late/early arrival/departures, but can offer no guarantees. One night or 10% of total (whichever is greater) required as deposit at time of booking. Full balance is payable 45 days prior to arrival. Security deposit (signed credit card voucher or C$1000 cash or cheque) required at time of check-in. Returned after check-out inspection and cleaning. Rates are in Canadian dollars and do not include 7% GST. Non-residents of Canada may be eligible for GST refund upon departure. All units are supplied with fresh towels and linens on arrival, and all units are cleaned following guest check-out. Additional weekly cleaning is provided for stays of 9 nights or longer. Our units are strictly no smoking, no pets. Parking is complimentary for up to 2 vehicles per unit. Baby crib or folding bed can be provided subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's deposit or 10% of total charge (whichever is greater); less than 45 days prior will incur a minimum of one night's deposit or 10% of total charge to a maximum of full forfeiture, subject to the property being rebooked. Please note that a change of dates is considered a cancellation. While every effort will be made to accomodate requested extentions of stay or rebook unused accommodation if a stay is shortened, we can offer no guarentees.
